Will you be in Southern California this weekend? Well you’re in luck, because so will marathon legend Meb Keflezighi with a unique opportunity to hear from him in-person.
As part of Apple Fitness+’s Today At Apple initiative, they have invited Meb to participate in a live session at the Apple Tower Theatre at the corner of 8th Street and South Broadway in Los Angeles. It is being offered only as in-person, so you have to be there – no virtual options here.
Per Apple’s announcement, at the event, Meb is planning on sharing his journey from how he got started on his running journey to winning an Olympic medal and the Boston Marathon. He will be joined by Fitness+ trainers Cory, Emily, Josh, and Sherica who will share tips for all levels on how to get started and stay motivated.
On the connection with Apple Fitness+ and the upcoming event, Meb said, “My running started in California and to go back to my alma mater, UCLA area, where I put in tons of miles, is exciting. To be invited by Apple Fitness+ to be able to partake in some of their panels is a thrill of a lifetime. You never know when those miles are going to pay off or not pay off, but to see the fruits of your labor, to be invited by one of the most prestigious companies in the world – it means a lot to me.”
Meb’s session is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 16 at 3pm PT. To sign-up, click this link and provide the requested information. Space is limited, so don’t wait if you want to reserve your spot.
