I mean, we all know they look athletic, but are they great examples of athleticism and strength? Is that aesthetic a result of superior training or desirable genetics? I set out to put these questions to the test by training and eating like one of the biggest names in the fitness influencer space: Natacha Oceane. Natacha is an influencer, but she’s also a scientist. Her content consists of fitness challenges, workout videos, full days/weeks of eating, and science explained videos (during which she debunks diet myths). I have a ton of respect for the messages that she spreads and her approach to health, fitness, and life. Her food and workouts also look incredible, so I figured I’d live a day in her life and see if it’s impossible or sustainable. And also find out how difficult those workouts are…
