Picture of FASTR

FASTR

The Stanford FASTR program seeks to help close the gender gap in sports science research with an emphasis on early identification and interventions to prevent injury and identify ways to optimize performance in female athletes. Our program works in collaboration with the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital with support from the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance at Stanford. Both efforts are part of a multi-institution alliance focused on uncovering the biological principles that govern human performance.
