Bronze Package

1 scheduled call, meet-up, or run/workout per month

1 customized run training plan distributed on a weekly basis through Final Surge that is fit to the athlete and the goal races

Communication through Final Surge, email, or text (up to 1 hour per month)

Daily tracking of running, strength training, cross-training, and other workouts within Final Surge

Customized pace zones are provided within Final Surge (updated when necessary)

Annual race planning available within Final Surge

Periodic goal setting, race planning, workout feedback, reflections, or other vairous exercises to enhance your mental approach to training and racing are offered as needed
Silver Package

2 scheduled calls, meet-ups, or runs/workouts per month

1 customized run training plan distributed on a weekly basis through Final Surge that is fit to the athlete and the goal races
