Louisville freshman distance standout Elsingi Kipruto has signed an NIL deal with On, continuing a breakout year that has quickly elevated him into one of the NCAA’s rising stars in distance running. The partnership comes after a strong freshman campaign in which Kipruto established himself as one of the ACC’s top performers.
Kipruto delivered several major performances throughout the 2026 season, highlighted by his ACC title in the 5000 meters and a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the same event. The Louisville standout also has impressed in the 10k having run 27:29.83, the fastest time in the NCAA this year. His ability to compete consistently at the highest level as a freshman has made him one of the more exciting distance runners to watch in the NCAA ranks.
