Twas’ on this very March 8th day, 35 years ago, at the very first ever World Indoor Championships (Indianapolis, 1987) that Arkansas teammates via Ireland went 1-2 in a fantabulously competitive the 3,000 meters; key highlight of this inaugural meet.
