Workout Wednesday with HOKA NAZ Elite with focus on Alice Wright and Danielle Shanahan. Effort based threshold runs on Lake Mary, “nothing too fancy”. The beauty of the area, visible snow, along with very comfortable temps always makes for a nice backdrop to these workout videos in Flagstaff.
Bryce Hoppel’s post World Indoors bronze medal 800m interview. “Honestly a little disappointed…Gotta start from somewhere.” Fast start caught him off guard. A rare moment when Bryce didn’t get the race tactics exactly right, yet still got the bronze.
