One of the reasons why YouTube is my favorite form of social media is that it allows me to connect with my audience at a deeper level. There is so much more connection that happens through the conversations and comments spurred on by a 10-20min video than a single photo with a caption. So in the spirit of connecting with my audience, I decided to make a Q&A video. The questions covered a wide range of topics from running to ed recovery to my new puppy, Georgie (whom I could talk about for an entire day at least). It ended up being more of an open conversation about what I’ve learned throughout my years of running, what I would want to do differently, what I think I did well, and how I want my life to look in the future. Some of my biggest regrets, tips, and life moments are included in this video, so if you have any interest in knowing all the ways in which I have succeeded and failed (and why I think that happened), take a look. Also, I divided it into chapters, so it is easy to search for questions on a specific topic.
