Following all the great track and field content on YouTube can be quite an undertaking. We watch through as much as we can throughout the week to highlight what particularly stood out to us.

Should there be additional video content you believe should be on our regular rotation, please tell us about it here in the Wind Aided forum. Also, make sure to check out all the great channels posted to our channel glossary and maybe you will find something new to add to your feed!

Flotrack

Breakdown/analysis and video of Jacob Ingebrigtsen’s World Indoor 1500m record – This may be the smoothest world record run you’ll ever see. Indicative of how extraordinary Jacob is when it feels like he “finally” has a world record, yet he’s just 21 years old.

LetsRun

First time national champ Heather MacLean after her win. “I’m starting to believe in myself more”. “I really really admire <Ellie Purrier St Pierre>….”. Heather is so refreshingly humble, but you can feel her competitive fire just below the surface.

Josette Norris after making her first USA team. “It was so scary waiting at the finish line for results to come up”. “I’m so happy I made the team.” Josette displays a joy for the sport like no other.

Strong, emotional interview with Chari Hawkins after winning Pentathlon. “After not making the <Olympic> team last year I fell into a really dark place…I’ve done more mental training than physical training”.

Molly Seidel

Mesa Half Marathon Course Record – Always entertaining to listen to Molly. “Where I was two years ago is very different from where I am right now”. Note the Rachel Schneider cameo. Stay for the end of this video to hear her describe her mind-boggling “train right through this race” stats.

NN Running Team

Eliud Kipchoge preparing for Tokyo Marathon – Slickly produced, and essentially a 2 minute infomercial for Abbott (sponsor of the World Marathon Majors), but it is still special to see and hear legend Eliud.

Sean Donnelly | Grip & Rip Athletic Co

Winter Weight Room testing and 18lb. Season’s Best – It is fascinating to watch a hammer thrower in training. Guarantee you’ll marvel at these throwing and weight room clips. If you’re a golfer imagine how much harder it would be to learn this!

Union Athletics Club

Together We win – “This is gonna be tough as sh*t”. The team of Ella, Raevyn, Sinclaire, and Shannon achieve a world record Distance Medley in a solo effort. The joy at the finish line is palpable.

World Athletics

Femke Bol runs world leading 50.64 in 400m. It’s easy for American fans to overlook Femke since she specializes in the same event as Sydney McLaughlin and Dalilah Muhammed (400m hurdles), but she is for real and will keep them honest.
